Comprehensive rebuild kit for Stromberg Aerotype 2 barrel carburetors used on Cadillac and LaSalle models from 1941 to 1948. Features full accelerator pump assembly, improved Viton fuel inlet valve, all gaskets, seals, idle mixture screws and springs, pump check valve and instructions. Made of modern materials in the USA and fully ethanol compatible.
This kit covers the Stromberg Model AAV-26 version. This model designation is cast on the back of the cast iron base of the carburetor, and the carburetor number (205-XX) is stamped on the top of the float bowl cover. These numbers should be checked before ordering.
Remember to lubricate the pump with light oil and flare it out gently before installing.

The carburetor number (7-XX) is a faint stamping on the top of the float bowl cover. Please check the number as there are several variations of this carburetor which take different kits.
